• All service sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a treatment has been completed.

• If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and offer a solution (such as a complimentary touch-up or adjustment, where appropriate).

• Missed appointments or late cancellations (outside our cancellation window) are not eligible for refunds.​

 

💳 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled within the allowed time frame may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
