1. Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

 

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice or missed without communication may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restriction from booking future services.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once performed.

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose a risk to your health or the safety of our staff.

 

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • Expiration dates apply to all promotional offers.
